Warranty

UPRIVER BOATWORKS offers a 3 year transferable factory warranty. An additional 2 year warranty is given to original owners. It is our goal to keep you on the water in our rafts as long as possible. Customer satisfaction is a top priority for us. 

3 YEAR FACTORY WARRANTY - Covers manufacturer defects of the PVC raft that cause inoperable condition.

 
ADDITIONAL 2 YEAR WARRANTY - Original owners will receive continued coverage for an additional 2 years from date of purchase and access to discounted rates on certain wear items.  This coverage is for the original purchaser only.

TRANSFERABLE WARRANTY - In order to maintain the factory warranty, new purchasers of used rafts must register within 30 days of purchase to maintain coverage.                 

LIFETIME FRAME WARRANTY - Welds and structural components of the frame are covered for the life of the raft against manufacturer defects. Improper use resulting damage to the frame is not covered. 
 
It is the sole discretion of UPRIVER BOATWORKS LLC to determine what is a manufacturing defect or misuse of our product. For damages deemed the consumers fault we will offer repair services and or replacement parts for a reasonable fee. Issues incurred by negligent care, UV damage, or improper inflation are not covered by the factory warranty. 

Shipping costs related to warranty claims are the sole responsibility of the customer.
